What Gabriella’s Clients are saying

Gabriella recently helped us sell our beloved family home in San Francisco, then reinvest in east bay property.

Gabriella recently helped us sell our beloved family home in San Francisco, then reinvest in east bay property. She was attentive and patient with our endless questions, and she presented our home (along with her team) incredibly tastefully. In fact, the staging, pictures, and general marketing approach was the most successful I’ve seen in SF for similar properties. It was really really well executed. The whole process was as painless as it could possibly be, and we were grateful to have a no-nonsense agent helping us navigate the scary scary Bay Area market! We cannot recommend Brie more!

From our experience with Gabriella, it is clear that real estate is her profession and her passion.

From our experience with Gabriella, it is clear that real estate is her profession and her passion.

My husband and I met her at an open house in our neighborhood and thought “yep, that’s the person we want selling our house”.  Smart, organized, savvy, creative, and funny.

Gabriella’s approach to marketing our house was well thought out and perfectly executed.  She thoroughly researched comps, market trends, put together a great website, worked her contacts and hosted a flurry of open houses.  In a city where the situation changes block by block, and day by day, we were relieved we had an agent who knew her stuff!

Because we were first-time sellers, there was a lot of worry and uncertainty going on.  She was always available, stopped by all the time, and was proactive in communicating with us.  I also appreciated her use of online tools to keep track of the potentially daunting to-do lists prior to going on the market.

Our listing was complex (I won’t go into details) but she was there with advise and many, many resources.  We trusted her on some major decisions and it turned out just as she predicted.  She was calm throughout and that helped us keep a clear head.

We believe that our house would not have sold as quickly, or as successfully, without Gabriella’s expertise.

She never wasted our time

My wife and I worked with Gabriella recently on a home purchase.  As others have stated, she is easy to work with, very knowledgeable about San Francisco and the real estate market, and serious about her work.  She is also a fun person with a great personality, which made the process a lot more enjoyable.

A few highlights to flesh out why she earned five stars.  She paid attention to what we said we were looking for and showed us relevant properties.  She never wasted our time.  She had a good reason for each place she showed us, even if it was to eliminate a particular location or style and refine our search.  She was attentive and patient.  She appreciated the stress of the process and helped us to feel more comfortable.  She gave us advice but never talked down to us or tried to talk us into doing something we didn’t want to do.  She represented us well in negotiations with seller’s agent and applied sufficient pressure to get us what we wanted.  And she really knows the city well.

I highly recommend Gabriella, give her a call.

Gabriella is top-notch! We worked with her on both the sell and buy side … she’s amazing on both.

Gabriella is top-notch! We worked with her on both the sell and buy side … she’s amazing on both. Where to even start? Gabriella is super-smart and strategic in her approach, and a lovely person. We spent so much time together and it was always a joy. She really loves what she does so she is genuinely and authentically a great listener … not just with us (the client) but with potential buyers, other buying agents, and other listing agents. She sees the whole picture and worked tirelessly on our behalf during every step of the way.

What sets Gabriella apart from other agents we met and previous agents we worked with is her perfect balance of kindness and firmness and her strategic thinking. She really examined everything from all angles. She helped us see the big picture during negotiations (on both selling and buying) and in the end, her advice was spot on.

Buying/selling a house is stressful and sometimes nerve-wracking! Gabriella’s patience, sound advice, and warm personality actually made the process enjoyable. Interview Gabriella during your search for an agent and you will see why she’s so wonderful! What you won’t be able to tell from an interview is how smart and strategic she is … for that, you’ll just have to trust her Yelp reviewers!

Gabriella helped my wife and me with a long-distance home purchase.

Gabriella helped my wife and me with a long-distance home purchase.  I’m sure it wasn’t easy for her to work around our limited ability to get to town to see properties and to help us understand the market, but she never showed it.  She was truly terrific. Gabriella has a great combination of kindness and firmness that we needed, and she is a great listener, not only in your first meeting, but throughout the process.  It is worth a mention that Gabriella is a wonderful conversationalist, with broad interests and interesting perspectives – which matters when you’re spending a lot of time together. She is truly a pleasure to work with and we could not recommend her more highly.

I am very lucky to have worked with Gabriella on my first home purchase.

I am very lucky to have worked with Gabriella on my first home purchase, so much so that I am setting up a Yelp account just to review my wonderful experience with her.

I was literally just getting in the market with the idea of starting my search and anticipating a process that would take at least 6 to 12 months – this is not what happened. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a first home or investment property nor was I sure where in the Bay Area I wanted to make my purchase.  About six weeks after my initial exploratory conversation with Gabriella, I closed escrow on my first home, all with her guidance and advice!

The things I appreciated most about Gabriella are her ability to quickly bring me up to speed during each step of the process, her expertise in the market, negotiation skills, and frankly her honesty, which I greatly needed and welcomed!  I constantly sought advice and we played out various situations before coming to our conclusions.  Having absolutely no experience or contacts, the ability to leverage her connections made the process quite seamless every step of the way. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, and forthcoming with information, which helped guide me to quick decision-making.

Gabriella – Thank you again for all of your help during this process!

She lives and breathes this profession

I met Gabriella by chance through an open house when she was showing a place in Midtown Terrace.  I wasn’t ready to buy at the time until well over 6 months later.  I interviewed five agents and knew five minutes into my conversation with Gabriella that she was the one I wanted to work with.  Not only does she possess a strong knowledge of the current real estate market, but she also has a great vision of where it is headed.  She lives and breathes this profession.  She is a people person, not just with her clients, but with the whole industry, which allows her to leverage her very large network for valuable information and input.

The SF market is a beast with crazy bidding wars even in this recession.  You really need an agent who can balance your needs with what’s realistically on the market.  She helped me purchase my house, then my friend’s house, and most recently my sister’s house all within the past year.  Gabriella knows how to present her clients so that your offer stands out.  For example she always includes a summary introduction of you with each offer to help win the seller over, as many sellers are sentimental to the homes that they’re detaching from  (in the case with my sister’s purchase where she was up against 30 other offers and the sellers were letting go of their mother’s old house).   With my friend’s search, she went outside the norm and found him a rare, off-the-market opportunity when she immediately sensed that the market was bracing for a huge upswing late last year.  For me, she was just amazingly patient as she guided me through a short sale process with tenant occupancy complications.  Needless to say we had to jump through some hoops to get through with the long escrow process, but thanks to her great networking skills, creativity and insightful knowledge, everything went through almost flawlessly.

If you’re looking for a real estate agent who can think outside of the box, give Gabriella a call now!

If you’re contemplating buying a house in San Francisco, Gabriella is the person you want to talk to.

If you’re contemplating buying a house in San Francisco, Gabriella is the person you want to talk to. Start that talk and before you know it, that house you wanted? It’s yours. Bam!

Gabriella is a straight shooter who knows her market better than I know the back of my hand – this basically makes her your go-to agent for buying a house in this crazy city. She heard out my initial enthusiasm, diligently sent me lists of open houses while I moved on into my oscillating phase, followed up instantly on my sudden bursts of apartment/home love, walked me through my neurotic fears when my offer actually got accepted, stayed amazingly patient when I backed out, and then was completely on the ball to get me back in the game and actually get the same place at my price! I’m not sure what I would have done in her place with someone like me but it wouldn’t have been pleasant.

As I mentioned to a friend recently, Gabriella is frankly awesome. Period.

Mr. O and I thank the real estate gods that we found such an INCREDIBLE agent to help us purchase our home!

Mr. O and I thank the real estate gods that we found such an INCREDIBLE agent to help us purchase our home!

We met Gabriella by chance when we passed through an open house. Although we weren’t ready to start our search at the time, she shared with us her expansive knowledge of the City and the real estate market. Gabriella stayed in touch with us.  Almost two years later, we decided to contact her when we were ready to start our search, and she still remembered exactly what we were looking for.

Buying a house is stressful!  It’s hard to find an agent who you can trust to represent you, your likes and concerns. The best quality about Gabriella is that she truly understands people.  As we went from open house to open house, we met a ton of agents.  Some are aggressive, some are clearly hands-off, some even tried to solicit our business fully knowing we already had an agent.  With each new agent we met, we became more confident that Gabriella was the right person to work with.

Gabriella has the integrity, skill, and drive that makes her an amazing agent! She considered our opinions and shared her advice and expertise.  Most importantly, she spent a serious amount of time answering our bazillion questions and helping us find the right place.  She even helped with those extras that not all agents will spend time doing – showed us places we hadn’t even heard of in the City, put us in contact with the right lender, found us an arborist, met our inspector when we were at work!  The woman is phenomenal!

If you are looking for an agent, honestly, look no further.  Gabriella is it!  She goes above and beyond for her clients, and we are so very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

A million thank yous, Gabriella! 🙂

There were MANY things that she did for us that earned her five stars

My husband and I purchased our first home, and most buyers/sellers will already know that doing it in the city is a whole new ballgame. Any of the advice given to us by our families or friends in other cities didn’t seem to apply in SF, and we needed a guide. Enter Gabriella. There were MANY things that she did for us that earned her five stars (many of which you can see from other reviews), but here were the specific moments that made us so glad that we chose to work with her:

– Extremely prescriptive yet diplomatic in her coaching. Gabriella was really good at being specific about what needed to included in an offer to win the house, without being condescending, pushy or insensitive to the realities of our financial situation. She would give us the ALL of the facts and then let us tell her how we wanted to proceed.

– She was a machine. Gabriella took our calls early in the morning or late at night, and sometimes even late and night and then again early the next morning. But she was never in a hurry, never in a rush, and always calm and warm — even when an offer was due in an hour, she would say “We have time you guys. Take your time.”

– She is incredibly patient. We asked her so many questions. And we called her and spent so much time on the phone with her. There were days where we talked to her every single day. But she never made us feel like we were less than a total joy to work with.

– She is thorough, and will use every resource she has. Every offer we put in, she was able to get us information that helped us make educated decisions (how many other offers were expected, what a house might be closing for in the area, etc). She was also great at following up on houses that we didn’t get to find out what we could learn from those experiences.

– She’s personable. Once we closed on our house, I wanted to call Gabriella just to say hi or catch up, because I missed talking with her! She’s someone you’ll want to invite over for dinner once you have your keys in hand.

Oh, and probably the best thing an agent can do for you: she got us our house off-market in a preemptive deal, which we are convinced that we bought for an incredible value. It was completely because of her that we have our home.

I highly recommend Gabriella, and look forward to a time when I can work with her again.

She took the time to listen to our criteria and understand what we were looking for and explain the current market conditions

We met Gabriella at an open house many months before we were ready to purchase our home.  After meeting many agents, we found her to be straight forward, easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the SF real estate market.  She took the time to listen to our criteria and understand what we were looking for and explain the current market conditions.

Throughout the search process, she provided information quickly and her input was invaluable.  Once we were ready to make an offer, Gabriella provided us with details, information, comps and strategy to navigate this very competitive market.  She worked extremely well with the seller’s agent to represent us and make our deal happen, even when there were multiple offers.  Gabriella was realistic about the market conditions and our offers, while providing helpful guidance and anticipating market activity.

We’d highly recommend her and thank her for a successful buying experience!
